But, that’s not necessarily what my body needs at any given time. I like the energy, I like the workout and I like pushing my body. I tend to go for vigorous yoga, like Ashtanga, or a fast yoga that’s almost like a dance, Jivamukti. I’m an experienced yoga practitioner as well as a yoga teacher, and I suspect a bit of a showoff.
